ORDERS

1. Each AGL Diamonds & Gemstones item will be accompanied with IGI Jewellery Report, Hallmark Certificate by BSI and Certificate of Authenticity by AGL Diamonds & Gemstones.

2. Resizing of the ring is currently not available therefore the customer is requested to give the correct ring size before placing the order. For sizing please visit the SIZING section on the website. 

 

3. In case a customer cancels a customised made-to-order jewellery order, there will be 50% deduction of the order value before the refund is processed to the customer. 

4. RBI mandate for submission of PAN Card of the customer is applicable for all orders above Rs. 2,00,000. 

5. Orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by AGL Diamonds and Gemstones in full. 

6. Once an order is made there is no exchange for the product.
