RETURN POLICY
1. An order once placed cannot be cancelled.
2. If you have received a product in a damaged/defective condition, kindly keep the seal/label intact and can contact us within 3 days from the delivery of the product on AGL DIAMONDS & GEMSTONES CUSTOMER CARE at aglsikkim@gmail.com or 9775667970.
3. Enclose the item(s) in original condition and packaging along with the original box, original product certificates and the original copy of the invoice as a part of the refund package. We cannot offer refunds for products whose tags/labels or seals have been tampered with.
